What changed

The story

Japanese and English announcements will be made in all stations from the Transportation Control Center

From the end of March 2020, ReadSpeaker voices will be available in English at all Keio railway stations. In the event of service cancellations or delays, Keio not only provides regular announcements on their PA system and signage at stations but also broadcasts the information in Japanese to all stations from the Transportation Control Center.
