We’re now looking for a temporary replacement to join our Support team in Uppsala Sweden – a place where you’ll grow, laugh, and develop together with amazing colleagues.
About the role
As part of our support team, you’ll be a key piece of the puzzle for both our customers and our internal teams.
No two days are alike – sometimes you’ll help customers with installations, other times you’ll test new versions of our products, and occasionally you’ll support our sales team in their processes. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues in the US, Korea, and Japan.
We’ll make sure you get a proper introduction so you feel confident working with our systems and products. And yes – we do have a lot of fun at work!
What you’ll do
- Manage orders and deliveries
- Troubleshoot customer implementations and installations
- Find the right solutions for our customers
- Support the sales team during their processes
- Assist in testing new product versions

In this recruitment, we’ll place great emphasis on your personal qualities and passion for technology.
To succeed in the role, you’ll need:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with Linux, iOS and/or Android
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It’s a plus if you also have:
- Experience with additional programming languages
- Other languages besides Swedish and English

📍 Location: Sweden, Central Uppsala, right by the Fyris River
🕗 Working hours: Shifts between 08:00–22:00 (Mon–Fri)
📅 Start: As soon as possible, considering notice period
📄 Scope: Full-time, one-year temporary position with possibility of extension
